2)Mostly, the semi-skilled and unskilled workers go to the foreign countries so, they do not get job as per the contract.

The challenges related to manpower company in foreign employment are:
1)The manpower companies charge a huge sum of money for the visa and other legal processing which forces the employees to sell the property to take the money on high interest.
2)The manpower companies do not train the employees about the laws of the working countries before going there which has created more possibility of imprisonment in the foreign countries.
3)The manpower companies or agent do not train the people to work safely, so that many employees are found dead in the foreign countries.
4) Some of the manpower companies, agent and broker cheat the people. So, they do not get the offered jobs and treated as illegal immigrants. Finally, they are forced to leave the working countries.

The people of my community work in factories, industries, houses, streets and various offices. Ram Bahadur Thapa, one of my relatives has recently come back from Malaysia. According to him, he worked at tomato farms. He had to work for 11 hours a day. He had to work even when he fell sick. At the same time, he had to bear lots of torture from his boss. Therefore, he came back to Nepal before the completion of the time of his work agreement. At present, he started vegetable farming in our community himself.
Over 20 lakh workers have gone to other counties for work from Nepal. Nepal has bagged about 10 million rupees remittance every year. Such remittance has not been duely utilized. What works should be done to utilize such money appropriately? Prepare its plan.
The remittance earned by many people is used in Nepal. The family members of all the persons who work in other countries take it as an opportunity to spend money. Therefore, they buy gold, clothes and other luxury goods lavishly. Some of them build houses and start extravagant life. The following should be done to utilize such money.
- The government should provide opportunity for investment.
- The government should exempt tax for the investment in income and employment generating works.
- The owner of the remittance should be encourage to invest in health education, transport, communication and so on.
- The investors should be assured of security of their firm and life.
- The government can take loan from the concerned family and invest the same amount in development activities.
